 This year's Mela Festival takes place from 22nd - 24th August at Oslo's City Square. The programme will present music, dans, poetry and theatre from different parts of the world. Mela Festival is a favourite for all age groups.
One of the absolute must-see is water puppetry from Vietnam. This will be the first time such a group performs in Norway. Later, the group will also tour other parts of the country. This is a collaboration project between Horisont and the National Puppetry Theatre of Vietnam.
The Festival is free of charge and open for the public. |
